Each box has everything you need to comfortably feed a family of four to six people, and is made up excellent quality meat and hyper-seasonal local Kentish produce sourced by our friend Susanna at The Goods Shed. This isn't just any old roast, it's the very best around and we're absolutely delighted to be able to bring this to you.
We use free-range Kentish Ranger chickens, reared just outside Whitstable, while the topside of beef is from Duncan Anderson’s grass fed Sussex breed cows from a farm near Doddington. Our pork is from Oxford and Sandy Black pigs at Snoad Farm and our lamb is raised on Al Parmer's farm in Shottenden.
These are both low output producers who farm free-range with great husbandry, which is reflected in the flavour and quality of the meat. Our stock is made from the bones of the meat we serve at FLORA; nothing is wasted.
